PURCHASE TERMS:

By purchasing our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Shutdown: We strive to provide our service without interruption. However, in the event that our service is permanently shut down, we will immediately stop any subscription payments. We cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage resulting from our service being shut down. In the event of our service being closed down, we will refund the initial setup fee to the client up to 12 months from the day of purchase. After this period, there will be no refunds.
  2. Alternative Services: If our service is permanently shut down, we will do our best to find an alternative service for our clients. If we find an alternative service, the monthly subscription will resume once the new service is online. Please note that if a new service is found, the initial setup fee refund will not be given.
  3. Refunds: If we are unable to provide our service and are unable to find an alternative service, we will refund the initial setup fee to the client up to 12 months from the day of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the request. We cannot be held accountable for any additional loss or damages incurred beyond the initial setup fee.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept the conditions of purchase, and you understand that we are not responsible for any loss or damages incurred beyond the initial setup fee.

Hypnosity Site visitors - Visitors of the Hypnosity site have no data collect for except for cookies as mentioned in our Cookies Policy.


Hypnosity Core and Pro Membership - We collect a name and email address when arranging a Zoom session - however, these are not transfered through this website, they are held by tucalendi.com


Hypnosity Newsletter - Visitors who sign up to the Hypnosity newsletter provide their name and email address. This data is stored on the servers of Acumbamail.
